5. Calibration machines that use foot switches must have protective covers for the foot switches; Manual switches placed on the platform shall not use micro switches
6. The measuring tool for testing the parallelism of the first tube of the vehicle should be equipped with a blocking device at its tail end to prevent the sliding block from slipping off to the ground and injuring the operator
7. A measuring tool for measuring the centrality of the rear lower fork, or a measuring tool for measuring the joint of the upper fork with a short pipe (the upper fork is glued together) in the front triangle, should be equipped with a metal box or other blocking device on the outer side of the calibration platform because it is very close to the edge of the calibration machine. Once the measuring tool detaches from the calibration platform, the blocking device can prevent the measuring tool from falling, thereby avoiding injury to operators or damage to the measuring tool
8. When correcting, apply appropriate force and do not use excessive force. When using a pry bar, attention should be paid to the slipping of items that play a cushioning role
