     1、 Operating steps:

     1. Wear protective equipment such as gloves and protective glasses

     2. Adjust the grinding amount, thickness, and width of the coarse and fine wheels according to the glass to be processed

     3. Turn on the power switch (turn on the key switch)

     4. Press the water pump button to observe whether the water pump is started and whether the position of the cooling water nozzle is suitable

     5. Press the grinding head motor button and observe whether each grinding head motor is started, whether the working motor is normal, and whether the steering meets the regulations
     6. Turn the conveying direction knob to the feeding direction, and adjust the air pressure valve to 0.2-0.22.

     7. Place the glass to be processed on the feeding rack support wheel, push it into the feeding rack, and between the support wheels, it is synchronously transported into the upper and lower clamping sections by the feeding. Both sides are roughly and finely ground and polished, and processed in sequence to form the processed glass. Remove it from the discharge rack

     1. Adjust the width and thickness of the glass; Turn on the grinding head motor and make sure to wait for 2 minutes of idle operation before attempting grinding

     2. Attention during trial grinding: Observe the operation of the entire machine, and if any abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately (press the main stop button). Exit the glass and troubleshoot before starting the machine

     3. Appearance, dimensions, and other matters can only be mass produced after the first piece is confirmed to be qualified

     4. When adjusting the coarse and fine grinding wheels, only 0.1mm of the grinding wheel can be fed and cannot be adjusted in place at once

     5. If the glass to be ground has entered the upper and lower clamping sections and there is any glass misalignment or fragmentation, it cannot be directly pulled by hand (Stop the machine and lift the upper conveyor belt to remove the glass or use a hammer to break both sides of the glass to avoid colliding with the machine.)

     6. At the end of each processing shift, first turn off the grinding head motor and then turn off the conveyor. When turning off the cooling water motor, clean and rinse the broken glass on the conveyor belt and its guide rail, feed rollers, and other components in a timely manner, and clean the water tank, water tank suction nozzle, to prevent the glass powder from settling and blocking the cooling water system for a long time. Use a dry cloth to wipe the surface of the machine clean

     7. At least once a week, the oil cylinder needs to be lubricated (stator oil) and the mechanical oil pipe system must be supplied with a manual pressure pump. The linear guide rail and ball screw must be fully lubricated, and the running in lubrication must be adjusted from small width to large width to prevent memory damage to the guide rail and screw caused by prolonged grinding of glass

     8. For lubrication of the conveyor belt, please use light engine oil and spray a little under the Timing belt with a spray gun

II. Production process of Frosted glass


     The process of producing Frosted glass by chemical method is as follows:

     (1) Cleaning and drying: first, clean the flat glass to produce Frosted glass with water to remove dust and stains, and then dry it

     (2) Hoisting: Install the cleaned and dried flat glass onto a lifting frame, and use a toothed rubber support to pad the contact part between the lifting frame and the glass. The glass is arranged vertically, with a certain distance between the glass and the glass, and lifted by a crane

     (3) Corrosion: Use a crane to immerse the flat glass together with the hanging frame into the corrosion box, and use conventional corrosion solution to immerse the glass for 5-10 minutes. After lifting with a crane, rinse off the residual liquid
