After conducting a safety check before debugging and confirming the results, debugging can proceed immediately. The debugging process of the machine is completed in manual working mode.

     The debugging steps are as follows:

     1.1 Turn on the main power switch of the device and turn on the power key switch of the control circuit

     1.2 Check the water circulation system, start the water pump, and check if the water supply and circulation are normal

     1.3 Move the position of the grinding wheel back below the grinding position, rotate the handles used for manual feeding of each grinding wheel, and move the grinding head back to a better position to prevent the risk of collision between the glass and the grinding wheel due to the cutting surface of the grinding wheel being too far forward during introduction

     1.4 Start the machine and idle it. Under normal water conditions, start the grinding head and conveyor belt in sequence

     1.5 Adjust the distance between the gap of the front and rear guide rail chain plates to maintain consistency with the thickness of the glass

     2. Debugging safety

     During debugging, special attention should be paid to safety. Our grinding wheels are ground inside a sealed protective cover, so we have reduced the danger. However, this does not mean that there is no possibility of danger. Especially at the feeding port, special attention should be paid to:

     2.1 When loading, it is necessary to avoid collision between the glass and the machine

     2.2 When loading, do not reach into the chain to prevent fingers from being pinched or drawn into the machine

     2.3 When the grinding wheel is rotating and there is glass in the conveyor belt, it is prohibited to change the size of the glass

     During the debugging process, it is not allowed to open the sealing protective cover for any reason when the grinding wheel is rotating
     2.5 Before debugging, the safety of the power supply must be checked

     2.6 When placing glass on the conveyor, it should be prevented from injuring people due to debris generated by glass tipping

     3. Judgment of debugging results

     After debugging, our machinery should have a bright, smooth surface and no obvious knife marks after glass finishing
